Local and State wine shipment ordinances are changing. Currently we are able to hand deliver wine baskets to most states, depending on the local county restrictions. In the current environment, hand deliveries to CT, KS, MD and PA are very difficult and we discourage ordering wine baskets for delivery to those states.
